OHT data dashboard technical demonstration

Dear Ontario Health Team (OHT) Data Dashboard Users:
We are pleased to announce report release #10 of the OHT Data Dashboard: Primary Care Action Team (PCAT) Data Package. This report is a collaboration between the Ministry of Health and Ontario Health. It contains aggregate data at the FSA level including:
Sociodemographic factors
- Primary care attachment
- Health Care Connect waitlist indicators
- The locations of existing interprofessional primary care teams
Session purpose: The Primary Care Action Table (PCAT) Data Package was created to support Ontario Health Teams (OHTs) and health system planners advance the goal of every Ontarian having access to a primary care team.
The technical demonstration will provide a technical overview of the Report and how OHTs can use it effectively.
Intended audience: users of the OHT Data Dashboard (invitation sent to registered users of the dashboard, attendees of past technical demonstrations, and regional data champions). OH regions receiving this invitation are encouraged to pass it along to ensure this intended audience at the OHT level is able to participate.
